I learned to see systems from the front line
Nine years carrying quotas, leading sellers and watching where commercial systems fail in practice. That experience shapes how I design processes and technology today.

I’m Pedro Lacerda, based in Rio de Janeiro. I did not arrive at GTM Engineering from a purely technical background. I arrived after years of carrying quotas, leading sellers and seeing where commercial systems fail in practice.
I have done high-volume prospecting, run discovery, negotiated and closed contracts, led a 30-person sales organization and structured the processes behind it, across Brazil and Barcelona. I closed at 120%+ of quota with a 148% peak at ClassPass and ranked #1 AE company-wide by MRR at Amenitiz.
Along the way I kept hitting the same operational friction, so I started building the tools to remove it: qualification frameworks, playbooks, CRM logic and, most recently, an AI-assisted partner acquisition system running in production with human judgment kept where it matters.
Today I design the operating models and revenue systems behind commercial teams, and I’m looking for roles where sales strategy, data and technology come together.
